RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Yves Delorme items as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us within 10 days of receipt of purchase for a refund or exchange, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. All items must be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed. If your order is outside of the 10 day return policy then we would be happy to exchange your item(s) for merchandise of equal or greater value plus the difference.
Down items, including pillows and duvets are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturer defect or error.
Promotional sale merchandise is considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
We begin to process your order as soon as it is placed online. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact customer service as soon as possible at 1-800-322-3911, Extension 333 or email@example.com. Please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

-We will then provide you with a return authorization number and the return address information. In instances of incorrect of damaged items, we will provide you with a return label.
-Please include your Delivery Note or a copy of your Order Confirmation for proof of purchase.
-We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we receive your items in order to process your exchange or refund. You can expect a refund within 48-72 hours of the receipt of your returned merchandise.
