Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Yves Delorme purchase as much as we do.  If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us within 10 days of receipt of purchase for a free refund or exchange.  All items must be in original packaging.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used or washed.  If your order is outside of the 10 day return policy, we would be happy to exchange your item(s) for merchandise of equal or greater value plus the difference.

Our sleeping pillows and duvets/comforters are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturer defect or error.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We begin to process your order as soon as it is placed online.  If you need to make any changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-800-322-3911 EXT 333 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com.  Please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

-If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-322-3911 EXT 333 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com

-We will provide you with a complimentary return label.

-Please include your original Delivery Note or a copy of your Order Confirmation for proof of purchase.

-We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we receive your items in order to process your exchange or refund.  You can expect a refund within 5-7 business days of the receipt of your returned merchandise.
