We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed online. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com. Please note that once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We want you to love your Yves Delorme purchase as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of receipt for a free refund or exchange*. All items must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or washed.

If your order falls outside the 30-day return window, we would be happy to offer an exchange for merchandise of equal or greater value, with payment of the difference.

We are not responsible for items returned using carriers other than those specified on our complimentary return labels.

Packages sent using our provided return label must be dropped off at a FedEx location. Once the package is scanned by FedEx, received at our warehouse, and the contents and customer information have been verified by our Customer Service Team, a refund will be issued.

Complimentary returns are only available for U.S. addresses and do not apply to Canadian shipments. In case of returns or exchanges from Canada, the customer is responsible for the shipping, duties, and customs charges, which are non-refundable. Customers in Canada are responsible for return shipping to the following address:

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com.

  • We will provide you with a complimentary FedEx Ground return shipping label.

  • Please include your original delivery note or a copy of your order confirmation with your return as proof of purchase.

  • You will be notified via email once your return is received. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days of receipt.
