ORDER CANCELLATION

 

We begin to process your order as soon as it is placed online. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com. Please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We want you to love your Yves Delorme purchase as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us within 60 days of receipt of purchase for a free refund or exchange. All items must be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used or washed. If your order is outside of the 60 day return policy, we would be happy to exchange your item(s) for merchandise of equal or greater value plus the difference. We are not responsible for items that are returned by carriers other than our complimentary labels.

 

Complimentary returns are only applicable to US addresses and cannot be issued for Canadian shipments. The customer is responsible for return shipping for returns from Canada to our below address.

*Our sleeping pillows and duvets/comforters are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are unused condition or there is a manufacturer defect/error.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com.

2. We will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label via FedEx Ground.

3. Please include your original Delivery Note or a copy of your Order Confirmation for proof of purchase with your returned merchandise.

4. We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we receive your items in order to process your exchange or refund. You can expect a refund within 5-7 business days of the receipt of your returned merchandise to your original form of payment.
