Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Canadian shipments will incur additional charges for duty, customs clearance, and freight. Please note, these charges are NON REFUNDABLE. In the case of an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and freight charges to return product back to our US warehouse.
At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada. U.S. territories are not included.
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, along with itemized contents.
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Due to time zone differences, we may be unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.
Most of our products ship from our French warehouse, Monday through Friday, via FedEx International Express. Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days. Due to international customs procedures, we are unable to expedite shipments from France. A select number of items ship from our Virginia warehouse, Monday through Friday, via FedEx Ground, with standard delivery times of 3–5 business days. Items shipped from Virginia include all comforters, pillows, decorative pillows by Yves Delorme Decoration, and more.

Ship to Store
When selecting the Ship to Store method, your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your selected Yves Delorme retail store for pickup. Once the package arrives, the store will contact you to arrange pick-up.
**Shipments to Canada may take up to two weeks.
